Our Story

Born from a Family Recipe, Built on Fire

Habanero Mexican Grill didn't start with a business plan — it started at a kitchen table, with a grandmother's handwritten recipe card and a obsession with getting the heat right.

Today, every tortilla is hand-pounded from fresh masa, every salsa is cooked down in small batches, and every fajita hits the grill at full flame. We don't cut corners because the people of Burbank deserve food that tastes like it was made by someone who actually cares.
